Lead Oracle Finance functional activities: gather and document finance requirements, run fit-gap and CRP workshops, design/configure/test GL/AP/AR/FA/CM solutions in EBS and Fusion, prepare BRDs/FDDs/RTMs, support UAT/SIT/Go-Live, and advise on best practices and cloud roadmap.

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations: design solution architecture, run global design workshops, define processes, manage FIT/GAP, prototyping, testing, data conversion/integration, and client/stakeholder management to deliver scalable financial systems.

Lead global Oracle Cloud Financials implementations: define solutions, run design workshops, develop end-to-end financial architectures (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA), produce process flows, manage testing/prototyping, integrate with HCM/SCM/PPM, mentor teams, and maintain implementation documentation including FIT/GAP, data conversion, and integration specs.

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure backend services and RESTful APIs using Python. Build high-performance server-side applications, write complex SQL (queries, stored procedures, triggers), optimize performance, use CI/CD (preferably AWS/OCI), support production releases, work in Agile teams, and mentor junior developers.

Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Procurement implementations as a solution/engagement architect. Design integrated Procure-to-Pay and multi-module SCM processes, lead global onsite/offshore teams, drive Redwood UX adoption, evaluate and implement Oracle AI capabilities, advise executives on roadmap and best practices, and ensure secure, scalable integrations, reporting, and master data management while minimizing customizations.

Lead and architect full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Procurement implementations. Design integrated Procure-to-Pay and multi-application business processes, drive Redwood UX and AI adoption, guide security, integrations, and master data strategies, and lead global delivery teams to deliver scalable, minimally customized Oracle Cloud solutions.

Lead cloud and Oracle-related migrations, upgrades, assessments, and OLA projects. Plan, schedule, manage resources, track risks, ensure on-time/budget delivery, coordinate technical teams, and manage stakeholders across cloud platforms and licensing assessments.

Lead and execute end-to-end Salesforce data migration projects: define strategy, design and validate data models, build ETL pipelines, resolve data quality issues, perform reconciliation and validation, document mappings, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, accurate migrations on schedule.

Lead functional delivery for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations across supply chain and manufacturing domains. Design end-to-end solutions, manage client relationships, lead teams, capture requirements, validate processes, oversee configuration, testing and delivery, and support global onsite-offshore engagements to improve clients' supply chain performance.
