Principal Consultant – Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst (Managed Services / Application Support)
Experience
10–15+ years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions, including at least 7-8 years supporting Oracle Cloud EPM applications in a Managed Services environment.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to lead Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Managed Services and Application Support engagements. The role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud EPM applications while serving as the primary functional and technical advisor to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM administration, incident management, problem resolution, release management, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud EPM Managed Services engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Provide L1/L2/L3 functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud EPM applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive actions for recurring issues.
- Configure and maintain business rules, forms, dashboards, reports, dimensions, metadata, and security.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and close cycles.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Data Integration, Data Exchange, EPM Automate, Integration Agent, and REST API processes.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support, log Service Requests (SRs), and drive issue resolution.
- Manage change requests, enhancements, and minor projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
- Mentor support consultants and provide technical guidance to offshore/onshore teams.
- Participate in governance meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
