Basic technical knowledge of Oracle databases, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud environments, and enterprise IT infrastructure to coordinate technical teams effectively.
Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) and licensing tools such as Oracle LMS/GLAS, Flexera, ServiceNow SAM, ServiceNow SAAS tool or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience using project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint for planning, tracking, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify licensing risks, compliance gaps, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies, along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and changing priorities.
The Project Manager must have project management and/or hands on experience with at least three (3) of the following technologies:
Oracle DB, and EBS
Amazon AWS
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
OLA
