Leads Oracle Financials managed services, solution design, requirements workshops, testing, enhancements, issue resolution, and global Finance operations support. Partners with business, technical, offshore, and cross-functional teams across Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion Cloud Finance. Supports month-end close, reconciliations, compliance, UAT, training, change management, go-live activities, process improvements, and standardization. Mentors junior team members and drives scalable financial application solutions.

Lead Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Finance consulting engagements, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, CRP workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, UAT, and go-live support. Advise stakeholders on finance best practices, process improvements, integrations, reporting, and cloud roadmap adoption. Requires strong expertise across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Subledger Accounting, plus experience delivering full-cycle implementations and managing client expectations.

Lead design, development, configuration and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions for Oracle ERP/HCM integrations. Build inbound/outbound integrations, write technical specs, leverage adapters and pre-built integrations, develop reports (BI Publisher/OTBI), perform testing and validation, document requirements and defects, and engage clients to drive implementation and change.

Work offshore as a technical consultant on Oracle Fusion HCM engagements: translate business requirements into technical design and unit test documents; design, build, and unit test solutions; create POCs and demos; implement integrations, reporting, and data conversions using HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI/OTBI; participate in QA; lead and guide project team members.

Design, configure and implement end-to-end Oracle Integration Cloud solutions connecting Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM and third-party systems. Develop integrations, reports (BIPublisher, OTBI), FBDI uploads, REST/SOAP APIs, and technical specifications; use OIC adapters, SQL/PLSQL, JSON/XML, and API testing tools. Communicate with customers and leverage Oracle AI tools as needed.

Lead Oracle Finance functional activities: gather and document finance requirements, run fit-gap and CRP workshops, design/configure/test GL/AP/AR/FA/CM solutions in EBS and Fusion, prepare BRDs/FDDs/RTMs, support UAT/SIT/Go-Live, and advise on best practices and cloud roadmap.

Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS SCM implementations and ongoing operations. Provide functional expertise across SCM modules, perform fit-gap analysis, resolve production incidents, conduct RCA, coordinate with technical teams and Oracle Support, assess quarterly updates and Redwood UI transition, recommend AI/automation, produce documentation, and deliver training and knowledge transfer to business and support teams.

Lead Oracle Cloud EPM managed services and application support engagements. Provide L1/L2/L3 functional and technical support, troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, manage releases and changes, maintain EPM configurations, integrations, automations, and security, and mentor onshore/offshore teams while ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead cloud and Oracle-related migrations, upgrades, assessments, and OLA projects. Plan, schedule, manage resources, track risks, ensure on-time/budget delivery, coordinate technical teams, and manage stakeholders across cloud platforms and licensing assessments.

Lead and architect full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Procurement implementations. Design integrated Procure-to-Pay and multi-application business processes, drive Redwood UX and AI adoption, guide security, integrations, and master data strategies, and lead global delivery teams to deliver scalable, minimally customized Oracle Cloud solutions.
