Coordinate application support, integrations (CRM, CPQ, PDM, EDI), manage vendors, handle incidents, implement solutions, perform data analysis/reporting, train users, and drive continuous service improvements with EMEA and site stakeholders.

Serve as technical lead and design authority for switchgear, control panels, and power distribution products. Produce and approve electrical schematics, manufacturing-ready drawings, BOMs, and datasheets. Lead PLC/HMI/controller configuration, support NPD, testing, production troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration. Mentor junior engineers and drive standardization, cost reduction, and engineering process improvements.

Manage and resolve customer deductions and claims by investigating disputes, processing credits, writing denial letters, and liaising with customers and internal teams. Use SAP/Oracle and dispute management tools to research invoice status, recommend resolution, distribute supporting documents, and escalate as needed to ensure accurate AR balances and customer satisfaction.

Provide technical support to sales and customers for product selection, design integration, demonstrations, quotations, and training. Act as liaison between customers, product design, and production, support account managers, help implement marketing and lean office processes, and contribute Voice of the Customer feedback to improve products and profitability. Hybrid role with occasional travel.
