Onsite HR Business Partner role supporting an HR reorganization in Mexico. The position focuses on labor relations, union management, and personnel services within a global industrial manufacturing organization.

Qualifies leads, manages marketing-qualified leads, follows up on quotes, secures new orders, selects sales channels, and supports customer issue resolution. The role collaborates with outside sales and operations teams, documents activity in CRM, supports growth initiatives, and coaches Sales Administration associates. Strong communication, organization, prioritization, customer service, and sales-support skills are required.

Leads a team of design and project engineers developing and improving electro-mechanical brake and clutch products. Oversees technical ownership, VAVE initiatives, customer applications, engineering drawings, GD&T, CAD modeling, FEA, and validation reporting. Collaborates with manufacturing, R&D, and customers while ensuring product quality, cost effectiveness, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role includes hands-on troubleshooting, technical leadership, and up to 10% domestic travel.

Supports existing product lines through sustaining engineering, engineering change orders, technical problem-solving, RMA analysis, design improvements, and VAVE initiatives. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, application engineering, and customers to develop effective design solutions. Uses data, designed experiments, CAD, manufacturing-process knowledge, inspection tools, and quality systems to support product improvements in a cross-functional onsite environment.

Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation through completion, maintaining scope, schedules, budgets, contractual compliance, financials, customer acceptance, and closeout. Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, supply chain, warehouse, trade compliance, vendors, subcontractors, and customers. Support continuous improvement and project management best practices while building long-term customer relationships. The role is fully onsite in Arlington, Texas, with approximately 10–20% project-related travel.

Leads corporate budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning. Performs variance analysis, executive reporting, dashboard preparation, scenario modeling, and identification of financial risks and opportunities. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve cost optimization, productivity, governance, and reporting accuracy. Supports junior FP&A staff and enhances planning processes, tools, and methodologies.

Serves as the technical liaison among customers, sales, and engineering teams for miniature motor, gearbox, and motion control solutions. Evaluates applications, performs motor sizing and feasibility analyses, translates requirements into specifications, and leads customer programs from concept through production launch. Coordinates cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams while managing timelines, risks, milestones, and customer relationships. Supports technical reviews, presentations, product development, market intelligence, and growth opportunities across aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial applications.

Develops mechanical designs for motors, actuators, and motion-control products; performs structural, thermal, dynamic, motion-system, and stress analyses; creates CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and engineering change documentation; validates designs through testing; supports customers, field service, sales proposals, and RFQs; and collaborates with electromagnetic and manufacturing teams on multiple engineering projects.

Leads division-level financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance management for a global manufacturing business. Analyzes revenue, margins, risks, and opportunities; improves FP&A processes, tools, and timelines; consolidates financial results; and presents insights to senior leadership. Partners across finance, operations, commercial teams, and global business units while supporting internal controls, accounting policies, balance sheet reviews, and statutory requirements.

Lead Oracle SCM EBS functional architecture and end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives, with emphasis on WMS, Inventory, Order Management, and Shipping. Design organizational structures, warehouse strategies, configurations, process documentation, data migration, and RICEW solutions. Drive requirements, testing, cutover, go-live, continuous improvement, and site implementations. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage risks and change requests, support production operations, and mentor L2 teams.
