Perform risk assessments and DFMEA for autonomous mobile robots and AGV systems. Define safety functions, performance levels, safety requirements, and product safety frameworks. Maintain compliance documentation for machinery, ANSI, ISO, UL, OSHA, and FCC standards. Support project teams, lead risk assessment workshops, verify hardware-related performance levels using SISTEMA, develop safety documentation and procedures, and recommend improvements based on evolving standards. Occasional travel to customer and KION sites is required.
