Serve as primary client contact to onboard, optimize, and retain HR services clients. Troubleshoot HRIS/payroll/compliance issues, drive UKG Ready adoption, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure long-term client satisfaction for senior living providers.

Coordinate customers, internal teams, and vendors; design and deliver training, drive user adoption and change management, and support go-lives with up to 20% travel.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of customer and partner integrations. Manage cross-functional technical projects from kickoff through implementation, ensure on-time, in-scope delivery, create data mapping and documentation, liaise with Product/Engineering/Customer Success, and improve implementation processes.
