Enterprise Account Executive responsible for generating new enterprise revenue through consultative selling, prospecting, needs assessment, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing. The role involves coordinating internal stakeholders, maintaining CRM data, supporting successful solution delivery, representing the company at industry events, and sharing customer insights with product and marketing teams. Candidates need enterprise software sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, presentation ability, and preferably ESG or sustainability knowledge.

Build and own Novisto’s analytics data foundation, including lakehouse architecture, ingestion pipelines, curated datasets, data models, and reliable ETL/ELT workflows. Develop data quality, observability, testing, CI/CD, and incident-response capabilities. Design APIs and backend services for secure, multi-tenant data serving. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and ESG data teams while mentoring developers and balancing scalability, cost, freshness, and maintainability.

Owns end-to-end customer onboarding and adoption for an ESG data management platform, including environment setup, metric customization, data input, and advisory services. Delivers executive-ready ESG outputs, shares best practices internally, supports platform testing, and translates customer needs into product improvements. Requires ESG reporting and disclosure expertise, knowledge of major sustainability frameworks, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and office productivity tools.

Generate new business opportunities through outbound email, phone, and social media campaigns; conduct discovery meetings; qualify prospects; schedule introductory meetings for Sales; nurture early-stage opportunities; communicate customer pain points and product value; and meet monthly pipeline and opportunity quotas.

Lead end-to-end enterprise customer onboarding for an ESG data management platform. Define objectives, milestones, scope, timelines, and success metrics; coordinate Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and implementation teams; configure the platform; deliver training and enablement; drive adoption; manage risks and communication; and showcase customer outcomes.

Owns product outcomes across Novisto’s Carbon suite, including carbon accounting, financed emissions, product carbon footprints, and decarbonisation. Responsibilities include prioritizing across multiple product lines, managing build-partner-acquire delivery, ensuring audit-grade regulatory accuracy, leading customer discovery and roadmap discussions, partnering with Engineering and UX/UI, embedding AI capabilities, and using data to guide decisions. The role also influences product practice across the wider organization.

The Business Development Representative will develop sales strategies to generate new business, conduct discovery meetings, and achieve monthly quotas.
