Designs, builds, and optimizes scalable ELT/ETL pipelines and data models on Snowflake. Partners with analysts, platform engineers, and product teams to deliver secure, reliable, cost-efficient data solutions. Responsibilities include workflow orchestration, SLA adherence, recoverability, dimensional or Data Vault modeling, and Snowflake performance and cost optimization through warehouse sizing, auto-suspend, clustering, micro-partitioning, caching, and query profiling.

Designs and develops Appian BPM solutions, including process models, SAIL interfaces, expression rules, CDTs, records, reports, integrations, APIs, role-based access, plugins, testing, debugging, database procedures, packaging, and CI/CD deployments. The architect applies Appian best practices, supports Appian 22.X and newer, manages external-system integrations, and works with embedded SAIL and Appian Portals.

Design and implement Appian BPM solutions including process design, SAIL form development, expression rules, integrations (SOAP/REST), plugins, records/reports, CDTs, CI/CD deployments, debugging, test planning, and database interaction. Ensure role-based access and follow Appian best practices across Appian 22.x+ environments.

The Java Architect will design AI-augmented SDLC pipelines, manage multi-agent systems, integrate AI with quality tools, and develop automated testing processes.

Design enterprise-scale, multi-domain software solutions and architecture patterns. Lead DevOps/DevSecOps and platform engineering efforts: CI/CD, automation, release workflows, infrastructure-as-code, and environment provisioning. Improve developer experience by defining workflows, onboarding, and golden paths to standardize delivery and eliminate one-off implementations.

Provide first-level IT support to global users via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, log and prioritize tickets in ITSM, assist with password resets and account unlocks, escalate to L2/L3 per SLA, maintain documentation, and deliver strong customer service.

Provide functional leadership for Oracle Cloud ERP: gather requirements, design and configure GL/AP/AR/FA/Revenue/Tax/Cash processes, integrate systems, validate quarterly updates, conduct UAT, train users, build automated functional tests and implement Agentic AI features.

Design and deliver GenAI solutions: prototype to production LLM services, build RAG pipelines, fine-tune models (LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT), engineer prompts/tools/memory, ensure safety and evaluation, deploy with MLOps (CI/CD, containers, IaC), optimize inference, and ensure security/compliance while collaborating with product, data, and SRE teams.

Lead business analysis for capital markets clients: gather and translate requirements, analyze processes, manage stakeholders, drive process improvements, leverage AI and analytics tools, and support cross-functional delivery.
