Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for PeopleSoft applications. Create and execute test cases, validate data with SQL queries, and track defects through resolution. Supports PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM solutions by gathering requirements, documenting business processes, developing functional specifications and user stories, and facilitating solution design. Leads discovery workshops, requirements traceability, impact analysis, SIT and UAT support, defect triage, deployment planning, training, and change management. Collaborates with business, IT, and development teams on integrations involving APIs, web services, middleware, and external applications.

Develop and support full-stack PeopleSoft integrations within the FSCM domain. Design middleware and API integrations using Integration Broker, REST, SOAP, OAuth, and orchestration. Integrate Warehouse Management Systems and customs APIs with enterprise applications. Manage databases using SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL while monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing production support. Collaborate effectively and apply strong analytical and debugging skills.

Leads business analysis and enterprise integration work within the PeopleSoft ecosystem. Responsibilities include process modeling, requirements elicitation, UAT coordination, and support for supply chain, inventory, orders, WMS, and ASRS processes. The role requires understanding of manufacturing, order management, customs, and FTZ compliance. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is beneficial.

Coordinates internal teams, vendors, product owners, analysts, and engineering groups; manages requirements, risks, issues, integrations, system enhancements, and support impacts. Evaluates complex business processes and application logic, recommends solutions, establishes success metrics, and guides stakeholders through technical and business trade-offs.

Leads end-to-end technology delivery for fraud-related projects and initiatives. Coordinates internal teams, vendors, and service providers; manages risks, issues, requirements, system impacts, and application enhancements. Partners with product owners, business analysts, systems analysts, engineering teams, and management to align integrations, support requirements, business objectives, customer experience, and technical strategy. Analyzes complex application problems and recommends practical solutions.

Leads technical investigations and implements end-to-end application traceability. Responsibilities include Java performance engineering, JVM profiling, garbage collection analysis, heap and thread dump analysis, structured logging, distributed tracing, APM monitoring, Oracle diagnostics, connection and thread pool analysis, API latency and failure investigation, browser-to-backend tracing, real user monitoring, frontend error analysis, and network, proxy, load balancer, and TLS troubleshooting.
