The Cloud Administrator manages cloud operations, handles cases and requests, performs technical tasks, maintains documentation, and ensures operational readiness for cloud services.

Provide administrative support to Heads of Engineering and the CTO EA: manage complex calendars, arrange domestic/international travel, update documentation, raise POs and process expenses, handle correspondence, coordinate meetings and stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality.

Lead and manage customer support teams for core ERP products, ensure consistent excellent customer experience, own escalations, track and improve service metrics, promote AI augmentation, support knowledge management, and drive team development and retention.

Provide senior, hands-on application support for Unit4 ERP and ERPx across EMEA/UK. Manage daily support cases and escalations, act as subject-matter expert, mentor and train team members, contribute to process improvements and special projects, and split responsibilities between first-line and advanced support.
