Provide administrative support to People Experience and Workplace Experience teams and coordinate day-to-day operations of the London office. Process monthly billing, credit notes, cancellations and new-business invoicing; validate new deals with Sales Operations; send invoices and account updates; resolve client billing queries and produce billing and revenue reconciliation reports.

Lead a portfolio of new product bets from discovery through commercialisation. Hire and grow product managers, set product direction and delivery standards, own pricing, packaging and go-to-market, and be accountable for commercial outcomes and customer impact. Build cross-functional partnerships and represent the program to senior leadership.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Higher Education and K-12 ERP solutions. Own vertical product requirements, backlogs, and outcomes; translate sector knowledge into investment-backed features and reference configurations; collaborate with horizontal teams, partners, and sales to launch and scale capabilities; ensure regulatory, accessibility, and research-compliance coverage; engage customers and industry board for validation and adoption; monitor competitors and drive commercial outcomes.

First point of contact for customers on application and IT issues for Unit4 ERP. Investigate, progress and resolve support cases, document defects, liaise with R&D, manage escalations, propose process/service improvements, identify chargeable opportunities, and mentor junior staff. Ensure compliance with security and ISO standards and own personal and technical development.

Deliver technical solutions for Unit4 ERP implementations: build integrations, extensions, reports, and customisations; execute data migration (mapping, transformation, validation); apply AI tools to accelerate development and testing; troubleshoot, document, and hand over solutions; provide ad-hoc customer consultancy and feedback to product teams.

The Cloud Operations Engineer will analyze and troubleshoot customer processing issues, learn new technologies like Azure, and perform maintenance on systems.
