Lead the Public Sector product vision and roadmap for Unit4's cloud ERP platform. Own prioritized backlog, feature outcomes, success metrics, and regulatory/security requirements. Translate sector knowledge into investment-backed requirements, solution blueprints, and partner strategies. Engage customers, industry board, sales, and marketing to validate and launch products that meet public finance, procurement, and compliance needs.

Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive product adoption, optimisation, and measurable value for Unit4 ERP customers. Identify adoption gaps, recommend best-practice solutions, triage needs to value services, and feedback customer insights to Product, Engineering, and CX teams.

Understand customer business challenges, design and demonstrate Unit4 ERP solutions, run discovery sessions and workshops, produce demos and business cases, support RFPs/tenders and handovers, and partner with sales, partners and product teams to deliver measurable Finance/HR/Payroll value.

Deliver technical solutions for Unit4 ERP implementations, integrations, migrations and optimisations. Analyse requirements, build integrations/extensions/reports, run data migration and validation, apply AI tools to accelerate development, troubleshoot issues, document handovers, and provide ad-hoc consultancy while feeding product improvement feedback.

Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and optimisation of Unit4 Financials. Identify adoption gaps, recommend finance process improvements, support value-enhancement services, analyse usage and reporting, liaise with Consulting/Product/Engineering, and act as a trusted adviser to realise measurable financial value and scalable best-practice processes.

Provide first-line application and IT support for Unit4 ERP customers: triage and resolve support cases, liaise with R&D, document defects, manage escalations, suggest process improvements, mentor junior staff, and comply with security and company procedures.

Serve as the voice of the customer, drive value realization and product adoption, manage retention and churn, create and run success plans and executive reviews, identify upsell opportunities with Sales, and communicate customer needs across Product, R&D, Support and Sales.
