Own the firm’s workforce planning function, oversee Workday data quality, build workforce and capacity models, and analyze the effects of offshoring and automation. Partner with senior leaders to translate workforce strategy into actionable plans, define KPIs, and improve data accuracy. Contributes to client expansion, proposals, networking, and business development.

Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support automation solutions that improve business processes. Analyze workflows, design scalable applications and platforms, integrate APIs and microservices, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply secure development and testing practices. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, advise on automation opportunities, support change management, and manage multiple initiatives using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Prepares and reviews federal and state tax returns, primarily for partnerships and flow-through entities. Handles real estate tax matters, multi-state filings, tax research, workpaper review, client communication, and engagement ownership. Reviews junior staff work, collaborates with offshore teams, resolves technical issues, and uses automation and AI-enabled tax tools to improve service delivery.

Manage multiple nonprofit audit projects and client engagements, communicate engagement expectations and status, develop client relationships, support business development, and coach staff accountants. The role requires analyzing financial statements, leading teams, making independent decisions, and maintaining CPA firm client relationships. Travel is expected 15–20% of the time.

Manage workforce resource allocation, capacity planning, forecasting, utilization, and staffing across client engagements. Partner with practice and resource leaders to resolve conflicts, balance workloads, maintain workforce data, and improve deployment decisions. Lead resource alignment meetings, monitor operational KPIs, identify staffing risks and skills gaps, and support workforce planning processes, reporting tools, and strategic initiatives.

Prepare and review complex U.S. international tax filings, apply international tax provisions, and provide inbound and outbound tax consulting. Advise on partnerships, M&A structuring, reorganizations, transfer pricing, and multinational tax planning. Draft technical memoranda, identify risks and opportunities, coordinate with domestic and international tax teams, manage engagement workflows, and respond to client requests.

Perform audits for nonprofit clients, prepare workpapers, adjust trial balances, compile financial statements, schedule engagements, communicate findings, and build client relationships. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, public accounting experience, Excel and audit software proficiency, strong communication skills, and occasional travel to client sites.

Perform bookkeeping and accounting support for restaurant, franchise, and hospitality clients. Responsibilities include updating bank feeds, importing and coding transactions, entering deposits and payments, processing payroll journal entries, completing account reconciliations, updating workpapers, posting closing entries, and reviewing work. The role requires an accounting degree, communication skills, and preferably at least one year of accounting experience. CPA licensure is advantageous.
