Position Responsibilities:
- Own and oversee the firm’s workforce planning function, setting direction across data integrity and workforce strategy.
- Lead Workday data cleanup and hygiene efforts, leveraging offshore and junior resources and automation to ensure accurate, reliable workforce data.
- Develop workforce models and scenario analyses that quantify the impact of offshoring and automation on capacity, cost, and capability.
- Partner with business leaders to translate workforce strategy into actionable plans that create measurable value.
- Define and track KPIs for workforce data quality and workforce planning effectiveness.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team that spans onshore and offshore resources.
- Identify and champion automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, HR, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in workforce planning, FP&A, people analytics, or a related discipline, including team leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Workday (HCM and/or reporting) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience designing workforce or capacity models and partnering with senior business stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging offshore teams and automation to scale operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Eastern time zone availability; able to travel periodically to Atlanta or New York.
- Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days WFH), with full-time onsite work required during the first 2 months.
- Amenable to working on a nightshift schedule
