Manage and scale lender partnerships across banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders to meet annual lending targets. Own partner relationships, capital supply, compliance and policy alignment, funnel monitoring, issue diagnosis, and corrective actions. Collaborate with product, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and finance teams to structure effective lending partnerships, draft business requirements, and drive execution with internal and external stakeholders.

Own the end-to-end strategy, growth, roadmap, and P&L for CRED’s high-frequency consumer payment categories. Drive 2–3× growth in active transacting members through habit-forming, low-friction payment experiences, experimentation, and ecosystem collaboration. Balance engagement, reliability, cost-to-serve, compliance, and long-term sustainability while aligning product, engineering, finance, compliance, growth, regulators, and external partners.

Build and maintain scalable ML infrastructure and frameworks for loan decisioning: data ingestion, feature engineering, deployment, monitoring, multi-tenant systems, and agentic AI initiatives. Drive production performance, document patterns, and promote ML best practices.

Support business, product, growth, and risk teams by analyzing multidimensional data, building churn and propensity models, performing cohort and funnel analyses, leading campaign analytics and segmentation, guiding product feature decisions, executing end-to-end analytical initiatives, and mentoring junior analysts to improve retention, targeting, and user experience across the lending ecosystem.

Own and grow CRED’s direct-to-consumer partnership pipeline across India. Identify brands and opportunities, close revenue-generating deals, meet sales quotas, and create partnerships spanning rewards, payments, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Build relationships with founders, executives, growth leaders, and venture capital stakeholders. Collaborate with product, marketing, analytics, and operations teams to launch and scale partnerships end to end.

Lead and define CRED's voice across product, marketing, campaigns, and comms. Shape language strategy, drive narratives for major launches, lead cross-functional storytelling, architect communication frameworks, and build a bold, consistent culture of writing across the organization.

Create editorial content that builds understanding and trust in CRED among external audiences. Develop blogs, reports, website content, product narratives, founder essays, and social content. Research insights across product, engineering, design, and talent teams, shape stories for different formats, maintain a consistent editorial voice, ensure factual rigor, and measure content impact against business and communications priorities.

Lead CRED's partner ecosystem, focusing on brand partnerships, driving product adoption, and managing high-impact alliances to enhance member value.

Lead hands-on growth initiatives for wallet and rent/education products. Plan, launch, and optimize in-app campaigns, run A/B tests, analyze user data, track KPIs, and collaborate with product, design, marketing, and engineering. Maintain playbooks, document test plans and learnings, and continuously optimize performance based on data and user insights.
