Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to drive workforce planning, organizational design, talent and performance management, succession planning, and leadership coaching. Provide data-driven insights, manage retention risks, and coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Compensation & Benefits, and People Operations to align people strategy with business priorities.

Lead technical implementation teams to design, build, and deliver Aras Innovator PLM solutions. Facilitate workshops, produce solution architectures, transform requirements into technical designs, deliver proofs of concept, mentor team members, manage offshore/on‑site teams, and contribute to continuous improvement and proposals. Travel up to 40% and work hybrid from Germany.

Design and architect integrations between ECAD and PLM systems, translate customer requirements into integration concepts, define interfaces, coordinate implementation teams, support testing/deployment, and oversee solution lifecycle while ensuring architectural standards and best practices.

Partner with senior technology leaders to own budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and spend oversight. Provide variance analysis, vendor and contractor tracking, and data-driven recommendations to shape investment decisions. Lead annual budget and reforecast cycles and present financial insights to FP&A and executive leadership.
