Develop and maintain Aras Innovator as a .NET full-stack engineer. Build backend services in C#/.NET with MS SQL/T-SQL, and frontend components with React, HTML, and TypeScript/JavaScript. Follow OOP/SOLID, design patterns, Agile processes, version control (Git), and REST/OData standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, switch contexts quickly, and support continuous improvement. Cloud, TDD, integration testing, and MongoDB experience are desirable.

Support planning and execution of regional events, PR, customer marketing, and ABM campaigns across DACH. Coordinate with sales, agencies, and European teams to localize messaging, run digital campaigns, and manage lead hand-off to sales.

Qualify and triage inbound marketing leads, generate new demand, perform outreach and qualification calls, maintain CRM data hygiene, enrich contact records, analyze outreach sequence performance, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve lead management.

Lead technical implementation teams to design, build, and deliver Aras Innovator PLM solutions. Facilitate workshops, produce solution architectures, transform requirements into technical designs, deliver proofs of concept, mentor team members, manage offshore/on‑site teams, and contribute to continuous improvement and proposals. Travel up to 40% and work hybrid from Germany.

Partner with senior technology leaders to own budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and spend oversight. Provide variance analysis, vendor and contractor tracking, and data-driven recommendations to shape investment decisions. Lead annual budget and reforecast cycles and present financial insights to FP&A and executive leadership.
