The RevOps Manager enhances revenue and GTM efficiency by refining processes, creating reports, and improving collaboration among Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

The PLM Solution Architect will lead technical implementation teams, facilitate workshops, develop solutions and manage large enterprise PLM software deployments with a strong focus on customer requirements and Agile methodologies.

Lead technical implementation teams to design, build, and deliver Aras Innovator PLM solutions. Facilitate workshops, produce solution architectures, transform requirements into technical designs, deliver proofs of concept, mentor team members, manage offshore/on‑site teams, and contribute to continuous improvement and proposals. Travel up to 40% and work hybrid from Germany.

Design and architect integrations between ECAD and PLM systems, translate customer requirements into integration concepts, define interfaces, coordinate implementation teams, support testing/deployment, and oversee solution lifecycle while ensuring architectural standards and best practices.

Partner with senior technology leaders to own budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and spend oversight. Provide variance analysis, vendor and contractor tracking, and data-driven recommendations to shape investment decisions. Lead annual budget and reforecast cycles and present financial insights to FP&A and executive leadership.

Develop, test, customize, and support applications on the Aras Innovator PLM framework. Collect requirements, implement features, document procedures, and adapt to varied engineering challenges.

Test web-based PLM customizations: design and execute functional and non-functional tests, create and maintain test documentation, develop and review automated tests, track and resolve bugs, participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
