Lead and mentor a systems engineering team to design, install, maintain, and secure physical and virtual servers and network devices. Manage patching, hardening, DISA STIG updates, RMF assessments, automation, and documentation across Red Hat, Windows, and VMware environments. Serve as technical liaison, drive engineering best practices, and support customer sites with up to 25% travel.

Lead a team to design, deploy, and maintain physical and virtual servers and network devices, enforce DISA STIG/RMF security compliance, automate tasks with scripting/configuration tools, troubleshoot complex networks, manage patching in air-gapped environments, and produce technical documentation while acting as liaison with stakeholders.

Design, develop, integrate, and test backend software components for DoD warfare systems using modern languages (C++, Python, Java, C#). Analyze requirements, ensure interoperability across distributed systems, apply secure coding and verification practices, and collaborate with cross-site engineering teams to meet program milestones.

Lead design and implementation of missile defense software including React-based dashboards, analytics, and agentic AI. Architect systems, enforce secure development, implement testing strategies, mentor engineers, manage SDLC, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
