Leads commercial performance across up to 15 automotive retailers in the UK&I Northern Region. Responsibilities include achieving vehicle sales targets, managing retailer partnerships, conducting performance reviews and audits, forecasting registrations and wholesale activity, optimizing stock, improving customer satisfaction and retention, supporting marketing initiatives, analyzing business performance, developing sales capabilities, negotiating terms, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.

Lead dealer network development across the region: recruit and establish dealerships, enforce brand compliance, evaluate dealer performance, conduct due diligence, and align dealer strategy with commercial and aftersales objectives while liaising with internal stakeholders.

Lead and improve the supplier risk management framework, maintain a consolidated risk portfolio, identify emerging risks and interdependencies, coordinate cross-functional risk assessments, quantify financial exposure, run deep dives and scenario analyses, lead troubleshooting during critical risk events, and deliver decision-oriented risk reporting to senior management.

Lead marketing for the Americas to grow awareness, drive demand and generate sales/leads while collaborating with the global team. Manage budgets, agencies, dealer relationships, and a growing regional team to maximize ROI and support North American volume and market viability.

Support the HR team with operational personnel management across the employee life cycle, learn and apply global HR standard processes, document and analyze HR data, contribute to international HR projects, research labor-law topics, and apply theoretical study knowledge in practice.

Own end-to-end procurement for Electrics & Electronics category: develop category strategy, source components, negotiate supplier contracts, manage risks, control costs and timelines, support NPI to serial production, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
