Leads daily Denver office services operations, supervising staff, managing workflows, SOPs, purchasing, vendors, service KPIs, and continuous improvement. Coordinates office moves, space build-outs, business continuity, budgets, travel programs, and cross-functional special projects. Drives adoption of approved AI and automation tools, maintains compliance, and ensures consistent employee and client service. The role requires strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills, attention to detail, organization, professional communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in an in-office law firm environment.

Supports and optimizes law firm financial systems, including accounting, billing, collections, time entry, expense, budgeting, and business intelligence applications. Develops SQL-based reports and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, Excel, and Access/VBA; analyzes financial data; troubleshoots workflows; supports upgrades and implementations; improves processes; documents system procedures; and partners with Finance and IT on data governance and system enhancements.
