Provides advanced remote and on-site support for hardware, software, operating systems, networks, user accounts, and end-user devices. Translates complex scientific and engineering concepts into user-focused manuals, guides, specifications, SOPs, and developer documentation. Collaborates with customers, engineers, developers, and program staff; manages templates, formatting standards, version control, compliance documentation, and evolving system content. Supports SDLC, RMF, and Intelligence Community IT environments while ensuring technical accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Supports USSF space test and training capabilities through systems engineering, feasibility studies, mission analysis, CONOPS, requirements management, ICDs, verification and validation, change management, RDT&E, integration, fielding, and sustainment. The role coordinates technical, acquisition, program, and government stakeholders while aligning PPBE activities with OTTI objectives.
