Owns Frontier Airlines’ ancillary pricing strategy and product portfolio across bundles, seats, bags, Wi-Fi, and optional services. Leads dynamic pricing model development, experimentation, revenue optimization, business cases, cross-functional launches, performance monitoring, and executive communication. Manages and develops analysts while using AI, automation, and analytics platforms to improve pricing decisions and ancillary revenue per passenger.

Leads end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including requirements gathering, supplier and market analysis, RFP/RFQ execution, financial modeling, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management. Develops sourcing strategies, savings opportunities, business cases, and executive presentations. Manages contracts with aviation manufacturers and MRO suppliers, identifies portfolio risks, and supports fleet-related projects.

Monitors and improves regulatory, company policy, training, and compliance adherence across airport customer service stations. Conducts station audits, maintains training records, provides guidance, reports findings, identifies risks, develops mitigation strategies, and supports station openings and conversions. The role requires extensive travel, analytical reporting, collaboration with station leadership, and familiarity with airline systems and Microsoft products.

Leads technical operations analytics, inventory governance, KPI reporting, supply chain performance monitoring, internal controls, and continuous improvement for Frontier Airlines.
