  • Own the development and continuous improvement of ancillary dynamic pricing models (including Navitaire Dynamic Pricing offers), with clear guardrails and analyst override where judgment adds value
  • Use test-and-learn framework, performance monitoring, and variance analysis to continuously improve pricing outcomes and ancillary revenue per passenger

  • Own the ancillary product portfolio end to end, defining each product's role, how it performs, and the changes needed to support Frontier's strategy and financial goals
  • Develop and build business cases for new ancillary products and product changes, and lead them through cross-functional approval, launch, and post-launch performance tracking
  • Partner with Merchandising, eCommerce, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, IT, and vendors so products are presented, priced, and sold consistently across channels
  • Clearly communicate ancillary strategy, pricing changes, and performance to senior leadership and impacted teams, including concise executive-level materials
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, setting clear expectations and accountability, and act as a leader across cross-functional groups to drive decisions through implementation
