Lead engineering and project activities for static sealing solutions at the Broken Arrow facility, managing projects from concept through delivery. Provide technical support to regional customers, execute testing and design work, ensure compliance with customer and internal standards, track KPIs and program performance, and coordinate cost, supply chain, and material planning. Support monthly reporting and project tracking; create SCM and logistics reports, chart templates for meetings, and cost center target/actual comparisons; prepare report documentation and assist with administrative processes.

Manage quotations, orders, pricing, master data and customer portals. Coordinate with account managers, production plants and internal teams to track deliveries, invoicing, forecasts, contracts and supplier/customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
