Partners with Product Line and Business Finance leadership on forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, performance management, and investment decisions. Analyzes revenue, margins, expenses, manufacturing costs, and variances; builds financial models and business cases; supports pricing, portfolio, capital, and cost-optimization decisions. Delivers executive reporting, establishes fiscal controls, improves repeatable processes, and applies automation and AI to increase efficiency.

Leads GlobalFoundries’ Integrated Optics product management and marketing strategy, owning portfolio roadmaps, market segmentation, business cases, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market execution. Partners across engineering, manufacturing, sales, customer teams, and program management to translate market needs into product plans. Builds and scales the product management organization, establishes governance and metrics, and represents IO strategy to executive leadership.

Leads advanced packaging development and industrialization for silicon photonics and optical interconnect products. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, defining technology roadmaps, driving package architecture and manufacturing readiness, overseeing qualification and reliability strategies, managing OSAT and supplier partnerships, engaging customers, mitigating technical and supply-chain risks, and transitioning packaging technologies into high-volume production.

Manages one or more diverse IT projects spanning multiple IT disciplines. Leads project teams, directs staff, resolves issues, and ensures project goals and requirements are achieved. Uses Scrum and Agile methodologies and tools for collaboration, issue tracking, and backlog management. Analyze SPC charts, critical dimensions, overlay performance, and defects; tune exposure and resist processes; manage lithography tools; conduct DOE and split-lot analyses; support tool qualification, technology transfers, product introductions, and ramp-up. Lead cross-functional yield-excursion resolution, process improvements, corrective actions, and quality compliance activities while supporting environmental, health, safety, and security programs.

Support and automate global intercompany transfer pricing calculations and documentation across ~100 entities. Extract, cleanse, reconcile P&L and balance-sheet data from consolidation and planning systems, build Alteryx workflows and TPA models, prepare intercompany invoices/journal entries, support audits and SOX controls, assist with TP documentation and controversy matters, and partner with Tax, Finance, Legal, Treasury and regional teams.

Support controlling by preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, coordinating forecasts and budgets, performing variance analyses, providing KPI commentary for management, handling ad-hoc requests, liaising with business partners, and improving controlling systems.
