Summary of Role:

The Senior Analyst, Transfer Pricing supports GF's Global Transfer Pricing function in executing and automating the recurring intercompany calculations, models, and documentation that determine how profit is reported across nearly 100 GF entities worldwide. The role is hands-on and sits at the intersection of tax, finance, accounting, treasury, and technology — pulling actuals from FCCS, ingesting budget/forecast data from the LRP and Anaplan, computing cost-plus, resale, profit-split, and cost-sharing adjustments, translating them into journal entries and intercompany invoices, and building the Alteryx pipelines that make the whole cycle repeatable, auditable, and fast.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support quarterly (and, over time, monthly) execution of intercompany calculations across cost-plus, resale, profit-split, and cost-sharing arrangements, including related journal entries, IC invoices, and true-ups.
  • Extract entity-level P&L and balance-sheet data from FCCS; ingest budget/forecast data from the LRP and Anaplan; cleanse, map, and reconcile datasets for margin and true-up calculations.
  • Assist in building and refreshing the Transfer Pricing Analysis (TPA) model that translates business projections into expected statutory PBT by entity and feeds Corporate Tax's interim provision and ETR forecast.
  • Build, enhance, and document Alteryx workflows that automate the full data lifecycle; leverage Power BI/Tableau, Power Automate, SharePoint, and OneStream where appropriate.
  • Assist in preparing master file, local files, intercompany disclosure forms, and CbCR data in accordance with OECD guidelines and local-country requirements; coordinate with external advisors.
  • Prepare workpapers and supporting documentation to satisfy SOX controls and internal/external audit requirements.
  • Support ongoing transfer pricing audits and controversy matters through data gathering, financial and economic analyses, and drafting responses to information requests.
  • Assist Legal and the TP team in reviewing and updating intercompany agreements to align with policy, business operations, and financial results.
  • Partner with Corporate Tax, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and regional tax teams across U.S., EMEA, and APAC time zones.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced Excel (dynamic arrays, LET/LAMBDA, SUMIFS/INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP, financial modeling).
  • Strong attention to detail; analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English; ability to work across U.S., EMEA, and APAC time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

Either of the following backgrounds:

  • Track A (Preferred) — Public accounting / law firm:
  • 1–2 years in the transfer pricing practice of a Big 4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or a large global/regional accounting or law firm (e.g., Forvis Mazars, RSM, BDO, Grant Thornton, Moss Adams, Baker McKenzie).
  • Exposure to TP documentation (local files, master file, CbCR), benchmarking studies, and intercompany calculations.
  • Familiarity with U.S. and OECD transfer pricing principles.
  • Familiarity with SOX controls and audit-ready workpaper standards a big plus.
  • Progress toward CPA/CA/EA or master's in tax a plus.
  • Track B — Industry:
  • 1–3 years on a company's accounting, finance, treasury, or tax team, ideally at a multinational.
  • Working familiarity with Oracle and/or SAP ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of Alteryx and Power BI (or Tableau).
  • Exposure to intercompany accounting, financial consolidation (FCCS, HFM, OneStream), or planning tools (Anaplan) a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with SOX controls a big plus.
