Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for several Asian countries, ensuring statutory compliance (insurances, pensions), tax withholding and reconciliations, auditing payroll against attendance, preparing financial/headcount reports, and advising stakeholders on local labor standards.

Perform advanced failure analysis on wafer and package samples using Auger, XPS, SIMS, 4PB, nano-indentation, XRD and other tools. Interpret data, document root causes, produce reports, maintain FA procedures and training, support fab operations and TD, develop new FA techniques, and ensure equipment upkeep and lab safety.

Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets and financial models. Analyze fab financial and operational results, support cost reduction initiatives, and assist with ad hoc projects while ensuring EHS compliance.

Lead process integration and yield improvement for assigned 300mm modules. Define and optimize process flows, troubleshoot defects using data, electrical and physical analysis, drive cross-functional solutions, support customer product issues, perform data analysis and project management, and implement continuous improvement to meet yield and manufacturability targets.

The role involves leading Silicon Photonic process integration, driving technology improvements, and collaborating with teams for project management. Requires strong leadership and technical skills.
