The Product Test Engineer will develop test strategies for ICs, implement test solutions, improve yield, support validation processes, and provide technical support to factories.

Perform back-end digital implementation for mixed-signal SoCs: block/chip floorplanning, place-and-route, clock-tree synthesis, power and timing optimization, parasitic generation, STA, LVS/DRC, signal integrity and rail analysis, data prep for analog/RF IP, PnR flow maintenance and feature development.

The Senior Design Engineer will contribute to digital design, block architecture, SoC integration, verification, and documentation in low-power MCU and wireless products.

Design, implement, and validate digital logic blocks and SoC architectures for wireless microcontroller products. Develop RTL, models, simulations, and verification plans; collaborate with analog, verification, firmware, and systems teams. Debug designs, support root-cause analysis, participate in design reviews, and assist with silicon bring-up, validation, and characterization.

Develop wireless communication ICs for IoT applications, design and validate analog/mixed-signal circuits, and lead technical teams in chip design projects.

Conduct verification for next-gen IPs/SoCs focusing on performance, power, and functionality, utilizing AMS methods and various simulation tools.

Lead and manage the Software Quality Assurance function: define test strategy, establish QA processes and metrics, oversee test automation and CI/CD integration, coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure release quality, mentor and grow the QA team, and manage hiring and resource planning.

Design, implement, and test embedded C/C++ software for Wi‑Fi ICs. Write unit and functional tests, debug with JTAG/GDB and logic analyzers, integrate software with hardware and protocol stacks, participate in code reviews, and improve CI/CD and development best practices.

Lead product engineering from NPI through launch and early manufacturing ramp. Define test strategies, guardbands, and reliability stress patterns. Analyze yield and test data, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, monitor production metrics, design burn-in hardware, support JEDEC/AEC qualification, and mentor junior engineers.

Develop production test strategies, hardware and software for automated test equipment to characterize and qualify mixed-signal, RF, and MCU SoCs. Drive silicon characterization, reliability qualification, stress testing, statistical analysis, yield improvement, and NPI support. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production issues and deliver test solutions from prototype evaluation through high-volume manufacturing.
