Lead and grow an 8–10 senior-engineer team owning delivery, reliability, and architecture for a high-throughput web data collection product. Balance features, experiments, tech debt, and reliability; remove impediments; drive technical excellence, observability, and testing; report status to business and escalate strategic decisions.

Lead acquisition strategy and a team of specialists to drive revenue via paid media, SEO, affiliates/partnerships, and CRM. Oversee large paid budgets, prioritize high-intent organic traffic, expand affiliate network, use analytics to optimize conversion funnels, and mentor senior team members to hit aggressive revenue targets.

Lead FP&A work including monthly/quarterly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and ad-hoc decision-support. Build and maintain high-scale backend services and product endpoints (Go-first), work across Node.js/TypeScript systems, design for distributed systems at massive scale, write tested documented code, collaborate on architecture and reviews, and apply AI coding tools in daily development.

Manage a portfolio of B2B clients to drive adoption, retention, upsell and renewals. Build trusted relationships, coordinate internal resources for deployments, identify growth opportunities, mitigate at-risk accounts, and lead strategic account planning and client engagements.

Own commercial performance and revenue growth for proxy and scraping products. Optimize pricing and packaging, create pricing for new features, research competitors, shape go-to-market plans, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through customer and market analysis.

Own AI visibility strategy and execution across major LLMs and generative search engines. Drive citation growth, build measurement frameworks, optimize content and site structure for machine discoverability, and upskill internal teams. Collaborate with SEO, Content, Web, and Product to make AI-driven search a company-wide capability.

Develop and deploy internal AI-powered tools using LLMs and RAG. Research new LLM technologies, fine-tune prompts, define evaluation metrics, implement monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions and promote adoption.
