The FP&A Director will lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling while partnering with executive leadership for data-driven decisions and profitability insights. They will establish client-level P&Ls, enhance reporting processes, optimize financial systems, and build a high-performing team to support business growth and transformation initiatives.

Handle healthcare billing back-office tasks: review and update accounts from clients and internal staff, submit insurance billing requests, process itemized statements and correspondence, research missing payments and disputed accounts, facilitate adjustments and cash transfers, and draft settlement/verification letters. Use Excel and Microsoft Word regularly.

The Business Analyst will reconcile healthcare data, investigate exceptions, analyze business processes for improvements, and support management reporting. They will collaborate with teams to enhance workflow efficiency while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Lead and perform manual and automated testing across enterprise applications, APIs, and backend services. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test assets; create RTMs, test plans, and test cases; drive test readiness and defect management; integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; promote shift-left, TDD, and BDD practices and quality engineering standards.
