Requirements-

Bachelor’s degree.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and identify discrepancies.
Proficiency in SQL (writing queries, joins, and data filtering) and Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas for data analysis.
Knowledge of healthcare financial systems, insurance/patient payments, adjustments, reimbursement methodologies, and revenue cycle processes.
Familiarity with Epic system navigation, transaction reviews, and balance verification.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and HIPAA.
Ability to analyze data trends, identify data discrepancies, and support resolution through insights and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
