Leads the strategy, administration, financial performance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs. Manages self-insured medical and pharmacy plans, claims and utilization analysis, vendor relationships, renewals, Open Enrollment, compliance, budgeting, employee communications, and benefits integrations for acquisitions. Supervises benefits team members and partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, brokers, consultants, and vendors to improve employee experience and control costs.

Supports and modernizes enterprise infrastructure across networks, servers, endpoints, cloud, virtualization, storage, and collaboration systems. Administers Microsoft and Cisco environments, troubleshoots network and application performance, supports security and business continuity initiatives, and leads infrastructure implementations. The role also mentors junior staff, automates administrative tasks, coordinates vendors and projects, and participates in on-call and after-hours incident support.

Manage the enterprise governance, risk, and compliance program across HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, PCI DSS, vendor risk, audits, and healthcare data protection. Lead risk assessments, control documentation, remediation, client assurance, third-party reviews, and executive reporting. Develop responsible AI governance for healthcare revenue cycle management, including privacy, security, bias, transparency, and regulatory risk controls. Coordinate cross-functional compliance initiatives and support incident response, business continuity, and employee awareness programs.

Perform cybersecurity risk assessments, maintain security policies and controls, support audits and regulatory compliance, manage risk registers and remediation plans, assess third-party vendors, maintain control evidence, and develop GRC metrics and reports. The role collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to communicate risks, improve governance processes, and support security awareness, exceptions, and risk acceptance activities.

Develop, maintain, and enhance C# applications; analyze requirements and implement technical solutions; write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures; debug and troubleshoot issues; and support database design and ETL-related processes. The role requires strong object-oriented programming, analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and independent delivery skills. SSIS and SSRS experience is advantageous.

Provides first-level IT support, hardware troubleshooting, equipment provisioning, asset lifecycle management, inventory reconciliation, shipping, and deployment assistance. Maintains accurate records in IT asset management, CMDB, and service management systems; troubleshoots Windows, Microsoft 365, peripherals, and basic network issues; documents resolutions and escalates complex incidents. Delivers responsive customer service while managing equipment returns, repairs, replacements, redeployments, and retirements.

Leads the cybersecurity operations program, overseeing monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, endpoint security, identity protection, and security controls. Manages security technologies, vendors, incident playbooks, compliance support, dashboards, and on-call processes while protecting regulated healthcare and financial information. Partners with IT, compliance, legal, privacy, risk, and executive teams, and leads and develops security operations personnel.

Implements and improves security controls across cloud, endpoint, network, identity, and application environments. Manages security technologies, investigates alerts and incidents, develops detections and response workflows, performs vulnerability management, and supports penetration testing. The role secures Azure and AWS environments, assists with IAM and CI/CD security, analyzes logs and forensic evidence, and supports compliance audits involving HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS. It partners with technical and GRC teams to remediate risks and maintain security documentation.

Supports onboarding, employee records, HRMS data integrity, engagement initiatives, interviews, employee relations, grievance handling, exits, recruitment, and payroll. Provides guidance on HR policies and processes while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting the employee lifecycle. The role requires a human resources postgraduate degree, at least one year of HR generalist experience, strong communication skills, and Microsoft Excel proficiency. Candidates must be female and based in Bangalore, with a 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.
