Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and employee files.
- Manage and maintain HRMS employee records with accuracy and data integrity.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication.
- Conduct HR skip level meetings, stay and exit interviews.
- Address employee queries and provide support on HR policies and processes.
- Assist in employee relations activities and grievance handling.
- Coordinate exit formalities, clearances, and documentation.
- Provide support in recruitment and payroll activities whenever required.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Education and Experience
- Post Graduation Degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR generalist

Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
