Respond to and resolve client and patient inquiries, act as liaison between internal teams and external partners, manage high volumes of phone and email interactions, document communications, assist with sample procurement and test request entry, maintain patient databases, and ensure secure transmission of patient reports.

Lead and manage the SOX/ICFR internal controls program, design and document controls and process flows, coordinate testing and remediation, and drive finance process improvements and automation. Partner with Finance, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain, support ERP planning/implementation, develop controls dashboards, facilitate process workshops, and standardize policies, SOPs, and training to improve control effectiveness and data quality.

Partner with customers post‑EMR go‑live to drive EMR ordering adoption, manage non‑EMR data delivery workstreams, validate and troubleshoot clinical/technical files, coordinate cross‑functional enhancements, and provide training and ongoing technical customer support.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms and batch/streaming pipelines. Implement data scientist algorithms, drive engineering best practices, mentor junior engineers, improve processes and infrastructure, and contribute to distributed system software and CI/CD in an Agile environment.

Manage execution and improvement of commercial workflows, ensure data integrity in commercial systems, support pipeline reporting and basic forecasting, capture voice-of-customer inputs, maintain dashboards and tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational improvements and customer experience.
