Manage multiple client implementations for FlexTrade's trading solutions, coordinate technical teams, communicate progress and risks, train traders, run reviews, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Manage end-to-end OEMS implementation projects for buy-side clients, including planning, configuration, validation, and cross-team coordination. Serve as client-facing technical lead, provide tier‑1 production support, assist sales with workflow demonstrations, and champion OMS best practices.

Lead and mentor a global Corporate IT support team across Windows, macOS, mobile and Linux platforms. Own BAU operations, incident/problem/change management, vendor relationships, project delivery, KPIs/SLAs, knowledge management, budgeting, and partner with InfoSec to maintain secure, stable services.

Design, develop, and support algorithmic trading and analytics dashboards; build latency-sensitive, scalable trading strategy components; enhance back-testing frameworks; perform developer testing and QA collaboration; provide client-facing support for deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting; document components and collaborate with global teams on algorithm monitors and trading tickets.

Develop, implement and support low-latency trading algorithms and analytics (multi-leg spreads, baskets, market making, VWAP, participation) within the FlexStrategy Server framework. Collaborate with clients and SMEs, enhance back-testing, perform developer and regression testing, produce documentation, and provide client support and installations.

Lead QA to define QA strategy, build and maintain automated UI and API test suites across C++, .NET, Java and web stacks, mentor QA engineers, integrate tests in CI/CD, manage manual testing, triage defects, and maintain test cases and metrics.

Develop and implement integrated FlexTrade products using C++ on Linux/Unix. Resolve complex technical issues, recommend product ideas from client feedback, work across the full product lifecycle, and mentor junior engineers.
