Responsibilities include diagnosing complex software, hardware, configuration, and system issues; investigating bugs; managing escalations; documenting interactions and resolutions; identifying recurring problems; and recommending product or process improvements. Execute large-scale data remediation, support third-party integrations, monitor platform reliability, improve automation and SRE practices, maintain runbooks, and communicate technical findings to Customer Success and restaurant brands. The role also owns recurring operational reporting, alert triage, incident leadership, and mentoring.
