Manages first-line risk and controls in a regulated banking environment. Responsibilities include issue lifecycle management, operational risk event analysis, RCSA, control inventory and effectiveness assessments, remediation, audit and regulatory support, risk reporting, and advising business leaders. Leads a multidisciplinary cybersecurity team responsible for threat detection, application security, penetration testing readiness, red/purple teaming, vulnerability management, and security automation. Oversees attack-surface reduction, secure development practices, cloud and application security, risk-based remediation, and collaboration with SOC, incident response, engineering, cloud, risk, and executive stakeholders in a regulated online banking environment.

Validates CRA Small Business/Small Farm and Section 1071 loan application data for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Reviews loan files and supporting documentation, identifies discrepancies, documents findings, coordinates remediation with compliance and risk teams, maintains validation procedures, and prepares reports for management, auditors, and regulators.
