The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, building relationships, and closing opportunities in the Managed Services sector, primarily focused on financial institutions.

The Director, Implementations leads the implementation delivery teams, ensures project success, fosters strong customer experiences, and drives operational performance improvement.

Lead integration and enhancement of commercial deposit capabilities across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations. Drive execution of integration strategy, manage roadmaps and cross-functional delivery, define business requirements and use cases, apply commercial banking expertise to prioritize features, and support customer-facing strategic discussions to grow product capabilities.

Design, build, and govern a centralized knowledge foundation for enterprise AI. Audit, structure, and optimize content for retrieval and AI use; define taxonomy and content standards; capture institutional knowledge; partner with stakeholders to keep knowledge current and reusable; improve retrieval quality and governance for downstream AI applications.

Execute integrated B2B demand generation campaigns (email, webinars, digital ads, events, ABM, nurture), collaborate with cross-functional teams, use marketing automation and CRM to run and optimize campaigns, leverage AI tools for targeting and content, monitor performance, and support sales enablement to drive pipeline and revenue.

Monitor and investigate suspicious card transactions, contact cardholders and financial institutions, handle inbound/outbound fraud communications, manage tickets/escalations, identify fraud patterns, collaborate with internal teams, and support prevention initiatives and documentation.

Lead programs to train and enable teams on AI tools, build champion networks, measure adoption, identify and remove friction, and partner with product and operations to scale AI usage and deliver measurable business value through continuous improvement.

Lead PCI DSS compliance activities including assessments, scoping, policy development, remediation guidance, and cross-functional collaboration to protect cardholder data and maintain regulatory adherence.

The Sales Executive identifies and generates new sales leads, develops sales strategies, closes opportunities, and manages sales pipeline activity while representing the company at events.
