Provide second-level desktop support for end users, troubleshooting and repairing software, hardware, printers, plotters, telecom devices, and mobile devices. Support on-site conference meetings (video conferencing/web meetings) and deliver plant-floor technical assistance. Must be able to work alternate shifts and overtime.

Develop and maintain MicroStrategy solutions including Mobile and Document development, contribute to architecture, work with transaction services, and write strong SQL queries. Netezza experience preferred.

Develop and maintain Java-based web applications using Spring, Struts2, and Hibernate; design/implement Oracle 11g PL/SQL database components; build web pages, server-side components, and ensure security, browser compatibility, and integration across web/intranet environments. Collaborate across teams, manage projects, and produce technical documentation.
