Lead Courier Health’s API and integrations product strategy, transforming bespoke integrations into a scalable platform. Own public APIs, webhooks, data models, connectors, monitoring, remediation, partner tooling, documentation, and marketplace capabilities. Develop roadmaps, establish security and data-quality standards, and align Product, Engineering, Implementation, Sales, customers, and partners. Partner with internal and customer-facing stakeholders to define reporting needs, clarify metrics, and turn ambiguous questions into trusted dashboards. Monitor pipelines, investigate data issues, and implement upstream quality checks. The role requires strong SQL, data modeling, modern BI experience, stakeholder collaboration, and a willingness to grow as an engineer.

Own frontend architecture, design systems, scalable components, UX-focused features, testing, deployment tooling, and observability. Partner with product and design to deliver customer-facing functionality, improve engineering workflows, support on-call operations, adopt LLM-assisted development, and mentor engineers. The role requires establishing frontend standards and patterns for a rapidly growing early-stage healthcare technology product.
