Provide legal advice and oversee compliance for the KFC system; draft and negotiate commercial, franchise, property and supplier agreements; manage disputes, litigation and external counsel; implement compliance programs, update policies and deliver training while offering commercial, strategic legal guidance.

Lead cross-functional projects to improve restaurant operations and guest experience, using data and stakeholder engagement to pilot, embed, and scale systems, processes, and behavioural change across franchise partners and support teams.

Lead global Data Architecture, Engineering, and Operations to define vision, strategy, and operating model for enterprise data platforms. Oversee modern cloud stack (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, AWS), vendor partnerships, budgets, and platform standards. Build high-performing teams, drive platform standardization, observability, automation, and deliver scalable data products for analytics and AI while partnering with senior stakeholders.
