  • Oversee and manage the company's financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting, including tax filings and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong background in GAAP and regulatory reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing finance teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex financial issues.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and financial modeling software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to work, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
