The Lead Solutions Specialist will design and implement scalable endpoint management architectures, drive feature development for eLux and Scout, and advocate for process improvements in secure digital workspaces.

Lead product vision and roadmap for eLux and Scout, translate market and customer needs into prioritized backlogs, collaborate with engineering and hardware OEMs, manage releases and lifecycle decisions, ensure security, performance, and enterprise compliance, engage customers and field teams, and drive product documentation and go-to-market enablement.

The Lead Solutions Specialist will design and implement secure endpoint management solutions using eLux and Scout, drive feature development, lead best practices, engage customers for deployment, and ensure technical leadership within Citrix's digital workspace ecosystem.

Partner with customers and internal teams to identify semiconductor manufacturing problems solvable with visual data science; document required data and analytics; build analytical applications and demo materials; enable field teams; present solutions at industry events and create collateral describing business value.

Drive long-term customer success for a portfolio by applying Spotfire and advanced analytics. Build trusted advisor relationships, design technical strategies, develop ML/AI prototypes (LLMs, anomaly detection, digital twins), deliver analytics solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, enable customer adoption and community engagement, and coach others while meeting operational targets.

The Lead Account Technical Strategist drives customer engagements, develops strategic relationships, provides technical expertise, and facilitates technology adoption to achieve business goals.

The role involves designing Citrix solutions, engaging with stakeholders, providing technical leadership, ensuring compliance, and optimizing deployments. Travel is required up to 50%.
