Key Responsibilities
Manage the Renewal Lifecycle: Own and execute the end-to-end renewal process for a dedicated portfolio of commercial accounts.
Negotiation & Strategy: Lead renewal negotiations to minimize churn, maintain margin integrity, and secure multi-year contract agreements.
Forecasting & Pipeline: Accurately forecast renewal metrics, maintain forecast hygiene, and manage your pipeline within Cloud Software Group’s CRM.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Field Sales, and Product teams to remove obstacles, communicate value, and address customer needs.
Drive Adoption: Proactively engage with customers to drive software adoption and identify early indicators of risk.
Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 2 to 5 years of B2B renewals, inside sales, or account management experience, ideally in the SaaS or enterprise software space.
Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successfully negotiating pricing, terms, and contract structures.
Technical Aptitude: High proficiency with CRM and quoting tools (e.g., CPQ) and Microsoft Office.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present value propositions to mid-level and executive stakeholders.
