Drive B2B sales of video surveillance and physical security solutions to medium and large accounts across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship management, strategic account planning, complex solution selling, proposal development, negotiation, closing, pipeline management, customer presentations, and coordination with branches, contractors, OEMs, integrators, and service teams to deliver solutions.

Pursue new and existing B2B sales opportunities within an assigned territory. Identify customer communication needs, present wireless products and solutions, prospect and cold call accounts, build relationships with organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 1000 and government customers, negotiate and close deals, meet monthly sales targets, and complete accurate transaction paperwork.

Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop new business, build long-term client relationships, negotiate multi-year agreements, create strategic sales plans, generate leads, resolve client issues, and monitor sales metrics and reporting.

Manage security integration projects from initiation through completion, including scheduling, permits, subcontractors, budgets, change orders, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Oversee engineering, installation, and profitability while coordinating multiple projects across the Southeast.

Drive B2B sales of physical security and integrated voice/data/video solutions in a regional territory. Build and manage relationships with mid-to-large accounts, create strategic sales plans, generate pipeline, deliver presentations, negotiate and close deals, and collaborate with branch teams and OEMs to ensure successful implementation and ongoing service.

Manage and coach the sales/account management team to meet goals. Set direction, forecast sales, conduct one-on-ones and ride-alongs, train reps, develop opportunities with internal teams and vendors, and coordinate with operations for timely implementation and installation.

Lead technical deployment and operation of temporary video surveillance systems at live events. Build and execute SOWs, install and troubleshoot Avigilon cameras and analytics, manage equipment logistics, drive event truck/trailer, provide real-time technical support, deescalate customer issues, and ensure organized onsite operations.

Manage security integration projects from initiation through completion, including scheduling, permits, subcontractors, budgets, change orders, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication across multiple simultaneous projects.

Lead PMO execution for concurrent technology initiatives (FieldVue/Celoxis rollout, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, executive metrics). Manage scope, timelines, stakeholder sessions, vendor coordination, data quality, and build executive dashboards and reporting. Support VP of PMO with strategic analysis, change management, training, and adoption tracking across regions and branches.

Sell wireless products and solutions to business customers within an assigned Houston territory. Prospect, cold call, and close new and existing accounts, meet monthly sales targets, process orders through CRM, maintain customer relationships, and represent company values.
