Lead planning, design, permitting, and construction support for wastewater and reclaimed water facilities. Prepare engineering calculations, construction documents, and modeling (e.g., BioWin). Lead and manage all technical interfaces during the Engineering Services During Construction phase for large infrastructure projects. Maintain the Interface Register and related trackers, coordinate subconsultants and contractors, lead technical workshops, and ensure environmental and permit compliance. Report impacts to schedule, cost, safety, and mentor junior staff while supporting continuous improvement of procedures.

Support the Centre of Excellence by ensuring business case governance, compliance, and financial controls across capital projects and expense management. Lead audits and quality assurance, liaise with regional teams, manage capital approval meetings, verify contractual approvals, drive global process standardization, and lead a team to improve governance and commercial efficiencies.

Design, optimize, and support network and security infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, VPN, IPS/IDS). Provide 3rd‑level and crisis support, manage network monitoring systems, evaluate products, assist planning and deployment, mentor engineers, and lead network projects with cloud networking fundamentals.

Deliver and coordinate detailed interior design documentation for hospitality, residential, hotel, serviced apartment, and mixed-use projects. Produce joinery/millwork details, FF&E integration, room data sheets, and construction documentation; coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure code compliance and constructability, support client presentations and site phases, and mentor junior designers.

Coordinate BIM activities across projects, manage clash detection and federated models, enforce BIM standards (BEP, ISO 19650), perform QA/QC on models/drawings, support and mentor modelers, and produce/release documentation and packages.

Lead handover and establish/maintain the Project Management Plan, ensure resource allocation, monitor scope/schedule/budget, drive commercial performance and cash collection, assure quality, and communicate changes with clients and team.
