Leads end-to-end U.S. payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. Oversees multi-state payroll, tax compliance, reconciliations, controls, audits, vendor relationships, reporting, system enhancements, and process improvements. Staff Attorney responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements, including tenant licenses, ground leases, easements, amendments, and consents. The role analyzes contract compliance, terminations, renewals, assignments, defaults, permitting, legislation, and title-curative issues. It also coordinates with internal teams, customers, property owners, and title companies to resolve legal and transactional matters.

Supports American Tower’s Legal department through legal research, document review, contract drafting, due diligence, project and document management, and assistance with negotiations involving real estate, licensing, compliance, zoning, mergers and acquisitions, and environmental matters. The intern works under attorney supervision and collaborates with internal teams, customers, and property owners on land-related and business issues.

Administer and improve enterprise network, cloud, firewall, and secure access controls. Configure Palo Alto firewalls, Azure and AWS security, Zscaler ZTNA, WAFs, CSPM/CNAPP integrations, and segmentation policies. Investigate security events, connectivity issues, and misconfigurations using security telemetry and SIEM tools. Performs lease accounting and monthly financial close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, contract analysis, audits, reporting, and internal control documentation. Reviews complex lease agreements and amendments for GAAP compliance, maintains records in Oracle, supports internal and external audits, leads cross-functional lease-data projects, and develops process improvements. Trains employees and collaborates with Lease Administration, Legal, Land Management, Finance, and other stakeholders. Spanish fluency and approximately 5% travel are required.

Supports global supply chain and procurement operations through KPI analysis, supplier qualification and evaluation, compliance documentation, financial and sustainability risk analysis, reporting, contract management, process improvement, and supplier negotiation. The role partners with internal stakeholders to manage service requirements, standardize practices across markets, and digitize procurement processes while optimizing cost, productivity, quality, and risk.
