Manage ceded reinsurance accounting for assumed business: prepare financial and ad-hoc reports, review statements/bordereaux/XOL claims for contract alignment, perform intercompany reconciliations, analyze large datasets, prepare journal entries and payments, support SOX and audit requests, coordinate with controller/actuarial teams, and participate in reinsurance implementations.

Define target architectures, patterns, and standards; ensure secure, resilient message routing, transformation, validation, reconciliation and exception handling. Provide architectural oversight, collaborate with business, data, security and vendor teams, and simplify/reuse integrations while supporting London Market and Lloyd's connectivity.

Lead investment accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and internal controls; manage alternative investments accounting; liaise with Clearwater Analytics and external auditors; prepare reporting packages and filings; support onboarding, process improvements and system upgrades.

Lead and execute rating for admitted insurance business, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, manage complex accounts end-to-end, serve as rating SME for system migrations and process improvements, support audits and reconciliations.

Lead business development and underwriting for the Technology sector within Middle Market, deputize for Head of Technology, manage underwriters, plan regional portfolio strategy, price and analyze risks, expand broker relationships, and ensure risk governance and compliance.

Manage claims account relationships for large national clients and brokers, oversee service delivery, resolve contract and billing issues, monitor claims data integrity, analyze trends, support business development and presentations, and participate in continuous improvement and broker advocacy initiatives. Travel as needed.
