As a SiC Process Architect, you will contribute to product development projects in silicon carbide technology. Your responsibilities include designing wafer fabrication processes for discrete power products, leading process development tasks, and solving complex issues. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while building expertise and maintaining contacts in the field.

The Sr./Principal SiC Process Development Engineer will develop and optimize wafer fabrication processes for SiC power products, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on product development projects, conduct process optimization, and build knowledge in silicon and SiC wafer processes.

The (Sr.) Process Integration Engineer will develop new wafer process modules for SiC wafers, lead integration projects, and provide mentorship to junior engineers. Responsibilities include executing development tasks, maintaining knowledge of processes, and collaborating with teams to improve processes.
